SpaBowls.com understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, and is just as important to us, so we aim to process your order within 24-48 hours. However, please note that not all items are stocked and production times may vary, in which case, please contact our office for the most current production / estimated shipping time after processing. Delivery times are only an approximate timeline as our suppliers may encounter delays in production and in turn this is not something we can control.
Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order.
Once your order is handed off to a courier / shipping company, it's very difficult for us to monitor the shipment for any damages that can occur during shipping. If when receiving your shipment you see the box either crushed in, stepped on, have holes anywhere, or altogether opened; these are tell-tale signs that your product might be damaged.
This is where we need YOUR help:
We really and sincerely don't like making things difficult, we're here for our clients, but shipping companies at times can be difficult to work with in processing a claim, so here are a few steps to follow to be able to process your claim accordingly:
1. If the box is flat out damaged and you see your product to be damaged as well, you have the right to refuse your shipment altogether, but you MUST note with the driver at the time of delivery on the waybill "refusing shipment because delivered damaged"
2. If the box shows "some" signs of damage: first and foremost, even if accepted, you MUST note with the delivery agent on the delivery documents that "goods received with damaged box, signed per further inspection".
3. If the box shows NO signs of damage, but then open the box to find your product damaged, please call our office within 48 hours so we can expedite your claim.
4. No signature required deliveries: We cannot be responsible and will not be held accountable for damaged or stolen goods if you're not there to sign off on your shipment and we will not be able to process any claims.
IMPORTANT: All claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your goods. We cannot expedite a claim with the shipping company if left unaddressed for longer then 48 hours.
About Free Shipping
Free shipping is subject to select items and promotions that are advertised either directly on the item page or through promotional banners noted on our home page. Shipping is via standard ground service to locations within the contiguous United States and Canada. Additional charges will apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or remote locations. Most orders ship either via FedEx or UPS Ground.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can track and trace your package along the way.
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, or choosing a replacement item. If splitting your order, additional shipping charges may apply.
After your order has been shipped, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. Ground shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii or for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Duties / Taxes Payable On Orders: If taxes are not charged upon checkout, the end consumer may bare the responsibility of paying taxes / duties on goods upon receiving their shipment. These taxes / duties will be may be collected by the courier company.
